Services & Fees
Every wedding is different and therefore my services and fees can only be set out once I know what you require. All packages can be tailor–made to the individual wedding. I will remain flexible and services can be added at any time in the planning process, with quotes being given before any new services start.
I am willing to travel anywhere in the UK order to meet the happy couple and arrange your perfect wedding in Devon.

Initial Consultation
This is provided for all services so that I can meet with you and become familiar with the type of wedding you desire.
I will meet with you, for up to an hour, free of charge, to discuss your requirements and my services.
Following this I will send you a written quotation tailored to your needs.
If you decide to accept the quotation this will form the basis of the contract to be signed by both of us.
Full Wedding Planning and Co-ordination
Involvement in all aspects of the wedding planning including some or all of the following as you require:
Budget planning
Theme and style
Sourcing venues and all other suppliers
Wedding dress / bridesmaids dresses shopping and accessories
Mailing invitations and receiving RSVP’s to produce a final guest list
Arranging seating plan and menus
Help planning and managing the wedding gift list
Attendance on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly
as well as anything else you would like my assistance with.
I will be available to discuss your wedding by email or phone at any time, as well as at regular meetings through the whole planning process.
From £1200 (typically 10-15% of wedding budget)
Co-ordination of Your Planned Wedding
I will meet with you and discuss all the arrangements that you have made for your wedding. This means you are totally in control of all your arrangements and I am only making sure they run according to your wishes. This is ideal if you have already planned your wedding but need some help with the final co-ordination or the finishing touches.
I will then liaise with all your suppliers to make sure that everything runs smoothly in the run up to the wedding.
I will also be there on the day as a point of contact for guest and suppliers.

Wedding Day Co-ordination
I will attend your wedding venue the day before and on the day of the wedding to make sure that all your arrangements run without a hitch. Thus making sure all of the suppliers are co-ordinated so you can enjoy your day without worry.
I will be the point of contact for the day for both suppliers and guests.
From £300
Supplier Sourcing
I will source suppliers for any aspect of your wedding proving you with a shortlist and accompanying you to the venues we recommend if required.
From £50 per search (or 10% of contract value).
I do not provide any services in respect of weddings taking place outside of the United Kingdom.
In providing the services to you I act as your agent and have your full authority to enter into legal contracts and arrangements on your behalf and in your name. I will have no liability under any such contracts and arrangements.
